Governments change entry rules without notice and the final decision is always the border officer's. Confirm with the embassy before you book.

You will know the whole answer before you start

Most visa sites quote a service fee and reveal the government fee at checkout. We show both from the first screen, because the number that matters is the one you actually pay.

The guarantee

A date we are accountable for

Every visa carries a delivery date we commit to. The clock starts when your documents are complete and payment clears, not when you start typing. If we miss it, the refund is raised automatically. You do not have to notice, and you still get the visa.

Read the refund policy

Checked before filing

Every document is reviewed by a person. Mistakes are caught here, not by the embassy three weeks later.

Upload once, reuse forever

Your passport and photo go into a vault. The next application is a minute, not twenty.

Transparent pricing

Government and service fees always split out.

Secure payments

Card details never touch our servers.

Real people

Email support@ and someone replies within the hour.

Then watch it move

Once it is submitted, your account shows exactly where the application is and what happens next, with no reference numbers to keep and no emails to search for.

We delete your passport when we are done with it

Handing over a passport is the part of this nobody enjoys. So we hold it for as little time as possible, show it to as few people as possible, and strip out the things you did not mean to send.

Deleted once your visa is decided

Approved or refused, your passport scan and photograph are deleted 30 days after your visa is decided. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to notice. Anything you chose to keep for next time goes after 730 days, or the moment you delete it yourself.

Seen only by the team preparing your visa

Stored privately and never published anywhere. Even inside Visakaro, opening a document takes a link that expires within 30 minutes and a check that the account is yours.

Your location is stripped out

A photo taken on your phone quietly records where you were standing. We remove that, along with the camera and timestamp data, before the file is ever stored.

Read exactly how we handle your documents , including what we deliberately do not claim.

What travellers say

“Applied for a Dubai visa on a Sunday night and had it approved by Tuesday morning. The document checklist told me exactly what was wrong with my first photo instead of just rejecting it.”

“Four of us travelling to Thailand and I filled the details once. It carried my passport scan across all four applications, so there was no re-uploading the same file four times.”

“The UK visa is genuinely hard paperwork and this made it survivable. Someone actually read my bank statements and warned me a page was missing before it got filed.”

“Singapore in under three days. The tracking page told me where it was at each step, which is more than the consulate ever did.”

“Vietnam e-visa sorted in two days flat. I liked that the price showed the government fee separately, so there was no guessing what the markup was.”

“The US appointment process is still the US appointment process, but the form filling and document prep was the easy part for once.”

Common questions

Still unsure? Email support@visakaro.in and a person replies within the hour.

How does the on-time guarantee work?
Every visa carries a delivery promise that starts the moment your documents are complete and payment clears. If we miss it, your service fee comes back automatically. You do not need to ask, and you keep the visa when it arrives.
What happens if my visa is rejected?
You get your service fee back in full. Government fees are paid onward to the immigration authority the moment we file, so those cannot be recovered. We will always tell you the split before you pay.
Do I need to send my physical passport?
Only for sticker visas, where the consulate affixes a physical label. e-Visas, visas on arrival and travel authorisations are entirely digital, so your passport stays with you.
How long does an application take to fill in?
About five minutes for a first application, and under a minute after that. We remember your details and documents, so returning travellers mostly just confirm what we already have.
Is my passport data safe?
Documents are stored encrypted on private storage and are never publicly linked. Only the ops agent processing your file can open them, and every access is logged.
Can I apply for my whole family at once?
Yes. Add up to ten travellers to a single application and we file them together, so the group is approved on the same timeline.
