Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, contact details, passport information and the supporting documents required by the destination country. We collect nothing beyond what the application itself demands.

Why we hold it

To file your application, to answer questions about it afterwards, and — with your consent — to pre-fill your next one so you do not have to type it all again.

Who sees it

The immigration authority you are applying to, and the ops agent handling your file. Documents sit on private storage, are never publicly linked, and every access is logged.

How long we keep it

Documents in your vault are retained for two years or until you delete them, whichever comes first. You can delete any vault item at any time from your account.

Payments

Card and UPI details go directly to our payment processor. They never touch our servers and we cannot see them.
