The on-time guarantee
Every application carries a promised date. Miss it and your service fee is refunded automatically, without you asking.
Most visa services quote a range — "5 to 10 working days" — which is not a promise, it is a description of uncertainty. Every Visakaro application carries a single date instead, and a consequence if we miss it.
What is promised
A date by which your visa will be delivered to your account. It is shown before you pay, it is on the application afterwards, and it does not move.
What happens if we miss it
Your service fee is refunded in full, automatically. You do not have to claim it, argue for it, or even notice. Our own monitoring raises the refund when the deadline passes.
Your application does not stop. It continues exactly as before — the refund is what the delay costs us, not a reason to abandon your visa.
What is not refunded
The government fee. Once an application is with an immigration authority that money is spent, and it cannot be recovered by us or by you. We never mark it up, and we never keep it. Full detail is in the refund policy.
What the guarantee does not cover
- A refusal. The decision is the authority's; we guarantee our part, which is filing a correct application on time.
- Delay caused by documents we asked for and did not receive. The clock is on us only while the application is with us.
- Information supplied by you that turns out to be incorrect, which usually means the application has to be redone rather than merely waited on.
Why we can offer it
Because the promised date is calculated from that destination's real processing time rather than from an optimistic average, and because the document check happens before filing rather than after a rejection. A guarantee is only affordable if the work behind it is done in the right order.
