Service delivery policy

Visakaro delivers a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.

What you receive

Your approved visa is delivered as a document in your Visakaro account, and by email to the address on your application. Where a destination issues a visa on arrival or a sticker that must be collected in person, that is stated on the visa's page before you apply.

When you receive it

Each visa shows its own processing time and a guaranteed delivery date. The guarantee period begins when both of the following are true:

• Every required document has been uploaded and accepted, and
• Payment has cleared.

It does not begin when you start the form. Processing times are set by the destination authority and vary by country; the date shown on your application is the one we commit to.

Tracking

Your account shows the stage your application has reached — submitted, documents verified, processing, decision — with the date each stage was completed.

If we are late

Your service fee is refunded automatically and we keep working on the application. See the refund policy.

Need it faster

Where a destination supports it, urgent processing is offered at checkout with its own shorter guaranteed date.
