About Visakaro
A visa should be a date on a calendar, not a negotiation.
Most visa services quote you a service fee, take your documents, and reveal the government fee somewhere near the payment screen. You find out what you actually paid after you have paid it, and you find out when your visa arrives when it arrives. We built Visakaro because both of those are solvable problems.
Every price on this site is the whole price. Every visa carries a delivery date we are willing to refund against. That is the entire product.

How we work
Four commitments. Each one is enforced by the software rather than promised in copy, which is why they can be stated this plainly.
The government fee is passed through at cost
We never mark up what the authority charges. It is shown as its own line on the visa page, in the application and on your invoice, and it is the same number in all three because all three read it from the same place.
The delivery date is a guarantee, not an estimate
Every visa carries a date we commit to. Miss it and your service fee is refunded automatically. You do not have to ask, and you keep the visa. An estimate that costs nothing to miss is not a promise.
Your documents are checked before they are filed
A rejection usually comes from a photograph of the wrong size or a passport with too little validity left. We check for those before the application goes anywhere, because catching it costs a minute and missing it costs the trip.
Your documents are yours
Uploads are stored on a private disk, encrypted, and never sold or shared with anyone but the authority processing your visa. They are deleted automatically after 730 days, and you can delete them yourself at any point before that.
What happens after you apply
Filing a visa is mostly paperwork discipline. Here is the part you are paying us for, described honestly.

You tell us the trip
Where, when, and who is travelling. Scanning a passport answers most of it for you: we read the machine-readable zone and fill the fields in.

We check the file
Photograph dimensions against that country's spec, passport validity against the entry date, and every document the authority asks for, in their order, not ours.

We file and track it
The application goes in on your behalf and we watch it. If the authority raises a query we answer it, and you hear from us before you have to ask.

The visa reaches you
By email the moment it is issued, and it stays in your account. Your documents stay there too, so the next country is mostly filled in already.
The company behind it
Visakaro is operated by Techkaro Private Limited, an Indian private limited company. We are a visa facilitation service: we prepare and file applications on your behalf. We are not a government department, not an embassy, and we cannot influence whether a visa is granted. That decision belongs to the destination's authority alone.
What we are responsible for is everything up to that decision: that the application is complete, correct, filed on time, and that you are told the truth about it throughout. Where we fail on the date we promised, the refund is automatic, and the rules are written out in our refund policy.
