Terms of service

1. What we do

Visakaro is a visa facilitation service. We prepare, check and submit visa applications on your behalf. We are not a government body and we do not decide the outcome of any application — that decision rests entirely with the immigration authority of the destination country.

2. Fees

Every price is shown as two parts. The government fee is set by the destination authority and passed on unchanged. The service fee is what you pay us, and GST applies to it at the prevailing rate.

3. Your responsibilities

The information and documents you give us must be accurate and belong to you. Applications are refused for undisclosed prior refusals more often than for any other reason, so declare them. We cannot be held responsible for a refusal caused by information you withheld or misstated.

4. The on-time guarantee

The delivery promise begins when your documents are complete, approved and paid for — not when you start the application. If we miss it, the service fee is refunded automatically.
