What Visakaro is, what it is not, and the limits of what any visa service can promise.

We are not a government service

Techkaro Private Limited is a private company. Visakaro is not a government body, not an embassy, not a consulate, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any immigration authority. We are a facilitation service that prepares and submits applications on behalf of the traveller who instructs us.

Every destination we cover can be applied to directly through the relevant authority, usually for the government fee alone. Our service fee buys preparation, checking, filing and the on-time guarantee — not access, and not influence.

We do not decide outcomes

No visa service can guarantee that a visa will be granted, and any service that claims otherwise is misleading you. The decision rests entirely with the destination's immigration authority, which may refuse an application without giving a reason.

A visa is not entry

A visa permits you to travel to a border and ask to be admitted. Entry is decided by the immigration officer at that border, who may refuse it. Airlines may also apply their own document checks before boarding.

Information on this site

Requirements, fees and processing times are published by immigration authorities and change without notice, sometimes overnight. We update our catalogue continuously and show government fees at cost, but the authority's own published position is always the authoritative one. Where the two disagree, theirs governs.

Guides and destination pages are general information, not immigration or legal advice. If your circumstances are unusual — a previous refusal, a criminal record, a disputed nationality — take proper professional advice.
