Refund policy
When you get money back, and how much.
If your visa is rejected
The full service fee is refunded. Government fees are paid onward to the immigration authority when we file and cannot be recovered from them.
If we miss the delivery promise
The service fee is refunded automatically — you do not have to ask. You still receive the visa when it is issued.
If you cancel before we file
Everything is refunded, including the government fee, because nothing has been paid out yet. Once an application is filed this is no longer possible.
How long refunds take
We initiate immediately. Your bank usually takes five to seven working days to show it.
