Refund and cancellation policy

When you get your money back, how much, and how long it takes.

Fees are split into the government fee and our service fee, and the two are refunded under different circumstances. This page states exactly which.

Before we file your application

Cancel before we submit to the authority and you are refunded in full: both the government fee and our service fee.

After we file

Once an application is with the immigration authority the government fee is spent and cannot be recovered by us or by you. It is not refundable.

If your visa is refused

Your service fee is refunded in full. The government fee is not, for the reason above. A refusal caused by incorrect information or forged documents supplied by you is excluded.

If we miss our promised date

Your service fee is refunded automatically. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to notice. The refund is raised by our own monitoring when the deadline passes. Your application continues regardless.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We raise them within 2 working days of becoming due; your bank typically takes a further 5 to 7 working days to show the credit.
